Features
Everything your club needs to run the season.
The scoring you already do — leaderboards, comps, custom formulas, the lot — just without the spreadsheet.
Live leaderboards in every pocket
Your members follow the standings live on their own phones — the moment a catch goes in, it's there. They install it like an app, and it still works down at the ramp with no signal. Overall, by competition, by species or by team — however they want to look.
An admin panel that doesn't fight you
Members, species, competitions and catches, all in one place. Record a catch and it saves as you go — the leaderboard updates itself. No PC software, no spreadsheet formulas to babysit. Turn on Quick Lock so nobody fat-fingers a result on comp day.
Scoring that fits your club
Length, weight, species brackets or a points formula — pick what your club already uses. Undersize fish score zero automatically, and legal lengths and club records are held against each species, so a record-beating catch is flagged as you enter it. Got a formula that's all your own? Send it over and we'll build it in, at no extra cost. See the scoring systems →
Members send in their own catches
A member photographs their fish on the brag mat and sends it straight from their phone — no login, no form to chase up, no emailing photos around. It's in your queue seconds later, with the date and time it was taken. For clubs that measure length.
You verify every catch
Submissions wait in a queue until you look at them. Open the photo, read the length off the mat, accept or reject — and accepting turns it into a scored catch on the leaderboard automatically. Nothing counts until you say so.
Run your whole season
As many competitions as your season needs, each with its own leaderboard. Sort members into categories — Men, Ladies, Juniors, whatever you run — each with their own standings. Species leaders show most points and biggest fish at a glance.
Team standings
Running a teams comp? Tag each member to a team and ClubScoreOS adds a live Team Standings board, with a colour for every team — working right alongside your individual results.
Your data, safe in the cloud
Your season doesn't live on one person's laptop, or a spreadsheet that can get lost or overwritten. It's stored securely in the cloud, backed up automatically, and reachable from any device — so more than one person can help run it, from anywhere.
Share it in seconds
Every club gets its own web address (members.clubscoreos.com/clubs/your-club) — drop it in your Facebook group or newsletter and members are in. Or print the built-in QR poster for the clubhouse and weigh-in table, and they scan straight to the board.
Records, exports and your brand
Export full-season results or the current competition as a tidy PDF for presentation night or your records. Keep your club record for each species — holder and year — on the species itself. And it's your club front and centre — your logo, your name, your season.
